Good morning!
I wanted to share a precious picture I took last Sunday—it's of my 8 year old daughter with her "church buddy," (Cora came up with that title
) Beck Beck, whom many of you know.
I’m sharing this because it affirmed to me the incredible way God works in our lives! These two share such a special bond. Cora always runs to hug Beck Beck at church, they always sit side by side, and they exchange phone calls and homemade gifts outside of church!
Seeing how close Cora and Beck Beck are at church made me realize how awesome God is at putting the right people in our lives. They share their bibles, so they can follow along together during the service. It's such an awesome example of how God sets up these special connections for us.
So I'm here today to encourage all of us to take a moment and think about someone you're super thankful for—someone who has been there for you in cheering you on and making your life brighter!
Send them a message today, letting them know how much you appreciate them! It's these little things that show God's love in real ways.
Let's celebrate the amazing people God puts in our lives and how they bring us closer to Him every day.
Proverbs 27:9 says,
“Sweet friendships refresh the soul and awaken our hearts with joy, for good friends are like the anointing oil that yields the fragrant incense of God’s presence.”
