Good Morning! 
A couple of days ago, the girls and I decided to do a little summer shopping and had a blast. This marked the beginning of our summer adventures.
On our way home, we stopped at the Starbucks drive-through for a little caffeine boost. As we waited in line, the weather took a sudden turn for the worse. My daughter doesn’t do well in storms and said, "Call Daddy quickly!"
Josh reassured us that we were okay and should head home. But as I drove, I got lost, the sky grew darker, and the rain started pouring heavily. My daughter was pretty anxious at this time so she called Josh again and said something that touched my heart: "Daddy, please just stay on the phone with us. Your voice is making me less scared. Just keep talking to us until we get home."
This moment made me so emotional. What if we could hear our Heavenly Father’s voice audibly when we’re scared, sad, worried, or confused?
How much less anxious would we be?
While we may not hear Him out loud, we can trust that He is always with us, guiding and comforting us. Just like Josh's voice brought peace during our stormy drive, God's presence brings peace to the storms in our lives. He’s always there, ready to speak to our hearts and calm our fears. Let's remember to lean on Him and find comfort in His constant presence.
Isaiah 41:10 says,
"Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."
